This notice has been issued by the Trustees and Scheme Actuary of the Martin-Baker Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), which is effective from 25 May 2018. This document replaces any Fair Processing Notice issued under the Data Protection Act 1998. This document refers to both the current and the new data protection laws as the “Data Protection Laws”.
This notice explains how the Trustees of the Scheme and the Scheme Actuary use and protect the personal information that they hold about members and other beneficiaries of the Scheme. Contact details for the Trustees and the Scheme Actuary are set out at the end of this notice.
